Role: As Head of Design / Technical Program Manager, oversaw all aspects of product development from concept through execution, including design, prototyping, testing, and market launch strategies.
Strategy: Developed comprehensive strategies for each project, focusing on leveraging cutting-edge technology to create user-centric, innovative products. Ensured each product aligned with market needs and FYO Labs’ innovation standards.
Process: Directed the end-to-end design process, from initial concept sketches and prototypes to final product designs, ensuring each product met both aesthetic and functional standards.
Execution: Coordinated cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and marketing to bring each product from concept to market, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Outcome: Successfully led the development and launch of multiple products, enhancing FYO Labs' reputation as a leader in technology innovation and contributing to the lab’s growth in the competitive North Californian tech landscape.
